9. Transfer of your information to other countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
Should your information be stored or transferred to parties outside of the EEA it will only be done so if it is afforded the same level of protection as set out in this notice and the GDPR. Any such arrangement will be approved by the Compliance Director of Skyline Direct.

We will keep customer account records for up to six years after your relationship with SDL ends for business, legal and regulatory requirements. Other records are retained for shorter periods, for example call recordings may be retained for up to six weeks.
